Seller reneged on sale because I was the only bidder and .99 was the winning bid. Now my remodeling project is stalled because I have to order another one and wait for it to arrive. Don't have a min bid that you're unwilling to honor! Seller is unethical and not trustworthy. Ebay should review these type of sellers' accounts and impose selling suspensions.
