Shame on this seller for selling me a headset that was bricked. At first glance the headset looks to be in good conditions. When I connected HMD, the only thing I got was a on/off button glowing blue. No matter what I tried the displays never came on. After consulting with Pimax support and dwnloading special software which allowed me to re-install firmware, the headset is now working but I don't have confidence in this purchase because I don't know what else maybe wrong only time will tell.
