I am so sorry. Did not notice any Cigarette smoke smell. Book is old and it is possible that previous owner smoked. Books have been in a box since I purchased them at a tag sale. When buying books this old it is hard to tell if the previous owners smoked or not. I did not notice any bad smell or I would have never bought or sold the book.
