I originally purchased this shifter to use a bushing from it to repair mine since the bushing is no longer available to buy anywhere. After receiving the shifter, I realized mine had a lot of play in it that the one I received did not. It was in much better shape than my original so I replaced my old shifter with this one. Drove the car and the shifter worked flawlessly, nice and tight shifting. Excellent purchase price and excellent shifter, I do have151,000 miles on my Porsche, Thanks
