After numerous lowball offers he finally sent a decent offer. I offered to refund overage paid in shipping after he received the items since tracking info goes away if I refund before. That was not good enough for him and he wanted a refund immediately. I was not going to do that and was tired of dealing with him, hearing him complain so yes I canceled his orders and refunded him in full.
