    Excellent seller. Agreed 10% offer price so this was a good deal! Good comms & great tracking info via Orange Connex with many updates from China to final delivery in UK. Ordered 13th & delivered on 21st which was very good as delivery was free. Notification on the seller's ebay page explained that VAT would have to be paid but it was included in the agreed price. There were no extras or Customs Duty charges. Glad I payed a bit more to get genuine Benro QR plate with Allen key - fits perfectly.
