The item was sent to a Fedex print center without my knowledge or permission. This was not the address on my account. The watch was listed as customized for a crystal, but eBay terms allow it to be sent to authentication for that. This watch was not n sent to an authenticator. It got automatically returned and communication was slow or non-responsive to my questions on the ebay chat for an unknown reason.

Due to buyer's address, item was sent to hold location to prevent possible fraud. Buyer rejected the package (against eBay's terms of service) and a prompt refund was issued despite buyer's unwillingness to be reasonable given the situation.
