Awesome communication. Item ordered hassle free. Item packaged exceptionally well.. nice new box, plenty of bubble wrap, etc.. Some of the buttons needed a squirt of fixit but nothing that wasn't expected. Test played a CD. Sound produced was solid, no issues there. The device cleaned up super nice.. I was able to remove some of the light scuffs it received during its life of playing.. Included the original instruction booklet! Also included a nice nylon case. Very happy customer!
