Delivery took a long time, book was obviously not located in Australia as advertised. Gave me a partial refund due to my repeated complaints & disatisfaction. Unimpressed they continued their ads for same book with same incorrect delivery date & national location stated when they clearly knew both were wrong. Impressed by the show of good will with partial refund, but unimpressed by lies in ad re ETA & location of item.
