The seller had NO description other than the picture. It was not complete with the items needed to operate. There was no telephone line cord, no earbuds, no head bands, or most of all a DSL filter which is expensive to buy. I asked for a refund and he would not refund the shipping. After him treating me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about I finally got literally sick and took not even half of the amount of the refund. I had an MS attack! DON'T BUY FROM THIS CROOK!
