This is our only negative feedback due to the Buyer wanted us to sell a shock collar separate from the remote, but we had both for sale, they wanted us to sell it separately at a lower price which we declined to do, then they threatened us with negative feedback, we immediately canceled their order, issued a refund, and then they left us negative feedback anyway.We never relisted the item at a higher price or asked for my money at any time, our messages reflect this and we have the screenshots
