The unit was defective - one side didn't work. Ridiculous. So I have to package everything up, drive to a UPS store, which is less than convenient, just to get a refund. This is a classic example of the customer losing, and the vendor not really stepping up to make the return easier - ie, UPS pickup, etc. Not a high dollar item, so the time involved basically would net me to zero if I just threw it away. But it's the concept that bothers me - wouldn't buy anything from this vendor.
