    Got burnt for this product by a different seller, atleast this one works, providing an upgrade from the stock 2009 F150 radio. Pretty cool, except lacks an operating manual, kinda learn as you go. Make sure you plug in all wiring, to get complete operation items of the unit as different features depend on interwiring
