The part is very nice . Doing restoration on old cars is always an adventure. I'm pretty sure I will be able to get it to fit and install it. When I recieved the parts I took them out and matched them up. After a couple minutes with several tools I found that they were riveted in so I drilled out the rivets and matched the part up. It seems that will fit just fine. I haven't tried to reinstall but I believe it will go well. Part is the right size and looks very good.

Nice part. If you ever tried to install square duct tubing in a very tight space while bolting an awkward part in a spot that you can barely touch the bolts with your fingers, while attaching a round duct, it can be frustrating. The new square duct made it as best it could. It was flexible enough that even though I had to stress it pretty hard and shoe horn it on the flange it worked out perfectly. The the material was a perfect match so I expect another 70 years before replacement. ITS GREAT

It was an exact replacment right down to the actual feel of the material. Slipped right in place and was flexable enough to allow me to move everything around to facilitate the installation which was a major pain due to the after market power shutoff switch and the selinoid. Very happy with the product. Now I have done away with the old duct taped one. Very pleased.
