The vacuum itself was delivered without any damage, but, it was quite dirty, which I would’ve expected them to at least clean it before mailing it off. It works just fine for being used!Reply from: big-dre- Feedback replied by seller big-dre.- Feedback replied by seller big-dre.Sorry you were not satisfied with the packaging or cleanliness of the product.That's the standard way I pack vacuums, and they have never been damaged before.As for it being dirty Im actually surprised you say that, as I hand washed the vacuum as well as washed the bag with soap and water before shipping.I even cleaned the roller brush.Im glad it worked well,as I do fully test vacuums before listing.
