The seller and the shipper were excellent. Quick ship and in good shipping condition. The product had one flaw. The screw-pin to fasten the crank to the shaft of the crusher was sheered off at the top. This is going to make REALLY HARD to back out the screw and eventually attach the crank handle. For that hassle I'd give the product 3-stars.
