Top left corner of pic one.  terminal strip is broken up out of the metal you can see it’s bent in picture 1 top left end ballast is intermittent but the other three seem ok so thank you. Unfortunately, close-up pictures didn’t show the terminal strip so I didn’t notice it till I received them.
