The item was broken when received.The item was poorly packed. The box was thin and cheap.There were no fragile handle with care stickers to alert the postal service. Every item that I have purchased that were shipped had those stickers .Perhaps that would have made a difference. The box was caved in on one side. No I'm not looking for a refund. I haven't got time for the pain. Perhaps in the future proper PAcking and labeling would prevent other s from being dissapointed.

As you can see from our previous feedback, we are known for packing items very securely. Unfortunately, sometimes, in this case, an item may be mishandled by USPS/UPS/FedEx, and in this case, a refund is issued.
