I told customer to let me know on the 2nd if the didn't arrive. I cannot control the mail, and if I shipped with tracking I would have to charge $5 more. There is no cheap tracking option. I would have happily refunded or reshipped. But a negative review without having a chance to fix it is not really a good customer response either. Notice nearly 2400 reviews so I think I know how to take care of customers.
