Rawhide shades of this quality are scarce as hens' teeth. The lampshade is identical to PT's description, and it fits my lamp perfectly. I did find a small tear at the base of the shade, but I will treat it with saddle soap and mink oil immediately to soften the hide. The packing was top-notch; it arrived in perfect shape.
