I had to pay $137.00 in customs; THIS makes for an expensive purchase; I could have gotten it from another seller and I wouldn't have paid any money; This is why you should not buy in the United States????

Why you give me negative feedback when your local customs charge you with fees? I as a seller has no control with customs rules. It is not a fair feedback. I will suggest you to dispute to your local authority if you think they have charged you incorrectly.
