    I called you yesterday and got your voice mail. I left a message asking you to call me back so we could try and fix the problem over the phone. If we weren't able to do that, I'd gladly pay for the item to be returned for repair or for a full refund. I didn't receive a call back from you at all. I'll still gladly try to fix the item over the phone, repair it here, or refund your order. The item is a piece of vintage audio equipment that was tested and functioned properly prior to shipping.
