The problem was receiving the wrong item. Today, I woke up to a small box on the porch.? Hey! I got the other guys clock here. I bet the other got a nice surprise this morning, too! Now, I have to return this - with the correct packing that it didn't have to begin with. Clock was banging around in the box. Let's hope it still works for the other guy! I always work to make things right and offer FREE shipping and FREE refunds. Record speaks for itself. And clock was packaged fine, bubble wrapped in a sturdy box.
