The items arrived on time, but one was dead on arrival. I promptly informed the merchant, and they assured me a replacement would be sent the following day. After a week, I inquired about the status of the replacement and was issue a refund instead. My issue is that if there was no intention to send a replacement, they shouldn't have informed me otherwise, as I waited a week for it. Now, I have to waste another week to get a new one. Remember, communication is key to great business.
