Before installing these fog lights I replaced the halogen lamps with brighter LED bulbs before positioning the new lights in the bumper valence to bolt them in place. These are the second set of fog lights installed in my '01 Chevy 2500hd and they are better than the previous ones. They look great and brighter than ever.
