    The Item was new in box, but the coating on the fabric that holds the air in the inflatable was melting off, causing the item to not fully inflate. I told the seller, and he made it right and refunded me and sent me a label to ship it back. Even though the item didn’t work, it was out of his control and he made it right with no hesitation!
