My only concern, which I feel constitutes unnecessary, deliberate misrepresentation by General Wire, is that the cutter is not 3 inches in diameter. It is actually about 2 & 9/16 inches in diameter, barely over 2 & 1/2". While it's likely it was deliberately sized this way to work in 3" ID (internal diameter) pipes, there was no good reason for the misrepresentation.
