    Das Programm war nur umständlich installierbar, die Funktion war unzureichend. Der Verkäufer hat sich bemüht, Chess Base zu kontaktieren, hat aber keine Antwort von dort erhalten. Die Defizite des Programms liegen nicht in der Verantwortung des Verkäufers. Der Kauf konnte abgebrochen werden. Nach einem insgesamt kurzen Schriftwechsel bekam ich mein Geld erstattet. Das war fair und ok.
