We felt that this bag fits into the category of having been less frequently used. It has been used so is not "U" new but certainly has hardly any use & is in excellent condition. In the end the categorisation is our opinion & we would have been happy to send additional, more detailed, close up photos had you asked for them. In the end this bag was over $300 new so you have a great deal!
