The dress was so small (even though it was a large) ans so poorly made it wouldn’t fit over my small arms and the dress split in the back when I tried it on. I told the seller and they said i could keep it and get a partial refund or send it back for an exorbitant amount so I kept it and they refunded me $3. Now I have paid $20 for a pile of rags.
