Wrong filter. I did not receive a TFC RO Membrane filter, they sent a "Pre-Carbon" filter. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW TO SEND THE CORRECT FILTER???? This seller SUX. Don't waste your time unless you like having money tied-up for a month. Rather than issue a refund FOR THEIR MISTAKE...I have to wait until they receive the filter back, even though tracking shows it's in transit. Complete garbage people to deal with. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice..shame on me..e.g. It won't happen again! RUN!
