Received quickly; no reason to believe it is not a genuine AC Delco part. Easy part to replace. However, on my 2010 Silverado 5.3L, could not get the idle to "relearn" itself by any of the procedures found online. Had crazy high idle (3000RMP) and very hard downshifts, almost undriveable. The fix was a bi-directional scan tool to do an "idle relearn", which takes 30 seconds with the proper tool. Used an Innova 5610. Don't go to a GM dealership as they will rip you off for a ECM reflash.
