I contacted the seller to ask for an exchange and to return the smaller jacket. Seller initially said they are waiting to hear back from manufacturer on larger size. I requested a return and seller just declined despite T&Cs state returns/refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Seller stopped responding. I’m quite disappointed
