You don't see much of this kind of SDRAM memory at least in my time. I have a few boards that can take this so I can build a win 98 machine with at least 1 stick since most Apps and programs did not require any more than 512 MB.
Add a 256 stick for max memory for Win 95 and 98 all though I have used 4 256 sticks and it has worked. 1 Gig from 2 might be better but it depends on your setup.
