Item was completely wrong. I reached out to remedy it and the seller told me they were no longer allowed to communicate with me directly and I had to talk to eBay through the case opened. I was told I would get refunded by eBay CS. When I called about the refund status, I was told I was denied the refund. When I tried to return the item with the label created for the return, it did not work. I called to ask what was going on and was told that the case was closed in favor of the seller. $199 lost
