They sent what was clearly the wrong product, I purchased Motul 15W50 motor oil and they sent Motul Transmission fluid. They made it as hard as they could for me to return the wrong product, requiring that I send them multiple pictures of the product I was sent, and then decided I needed to send more pictures. I have to drive 32 miles to my UPS store to send the product back because THEY SCREWED UP !!!
