I ENCOURAGE THIS SELLER NOT TO TRUST USPS WITH ANYTHING. They can t meet any deadline and lose items routinely and they should know this. Seller refunded me 50% which was acceptable as adequate customer service given the non urgent item purchased. Amending review to positive as I feel neutral would be unfair given I accepted the partial refund though I did not solicit it.

I was contacted before they sent the item so when I received the item with an entirely different color it was mildly irritating. I intentionally chose the color I purchased because I presumed I would receive the item pictured. Ultimately, I received the expected item with a different color. Irritating. This is exactly a reason that deters purchases from the general public.
