Very slow. I originally messaged to ask if they could use a faster shipping method if I paid extra. Took a while to get a response, and all I got was a blunt reply saying they only send 2nd class. Bought it any way, as it seemed like a good price for a genuine VW part. Took over a week for the item to actually be dispatched, and during this time I sent multiple messages asking where my item was, with no response. Finally arrived about a week and a half later.
