I placed item on my wishlist based on the pic (color looked gray in the pics, which is why I was interested. My wife purchased item for my birthday as a surprise. When I noticed and then read desc I noticed the item was blue not gray. I contacted the seller via email to ask what the color item really was and ask if I could exchange it or return it since the pictures were misleading, I never received a reply - seller made no attempt to even acknowledge my concern.
