Seller did not fill in customs label properly (including ebay code or something similar) meaning that UK VAT and UK post office fee had to be paid and I that had to travel to sorting office to collect this item. Ebay refunded VAT after 3 weeks, but unable to reclaim the £ 5 charged by UK post office. Please fill in duty declarations etc carefully
