This item was not pre cut correctly, not enough fabric to fold over to staple to the underside of the seat. I'm a professional upholsterer and there should have been a minimum of 1" of fabric available to stretch over and staple. As a result I had to continually heat the fabric with a heat gun. No easy task because this was not a stretchable fabric.
