This buyer refused to provide any information about the nature of the problem, refused to follow troubleshooting steps, and became rude and aggressive when asked for clarification. He claimed not to know how to use a camera or the print screen key, but was also unwilling to provide written responses. We stopped engaging with him after it became clear he was unreasonable and had no intention of cooperating in troubleshooting, but rather, wanted to vent and insult us for trying to help.
