Overall packaging to ensure safety of the helmet was good, due to the construction of the helmet the flap on the back did come loose during shipping and got scratched up bouncing around the inside of the helmet during shipping. The seller promptly responded to my issue, gave a partial refund and ensured inspection of items before shipping from now on. A1 seller!
