I bought it on a Wednesday during normal business hours, and it did not ship until the following Tuesday around the same time. That was the day I was supposed to RECEIVE it for my kid’s Friday birthday, which was at the very end of the original delivery window. It did not get here in time. It wasn’t a holiday. Not a peep from seller. Things happen, but at least alert your customer.
