This buyer selected "Standard delivery"(i.e. without tracking number) when ordering, rather than "Registered delivery"! Alas, according to him, his order never arrived. If true, I can only assume it was lost or stolen! When the "Registered delivery" service is offered and "Standard delivery" is selected, it is unfair that in the end it is still the seller who is the only one penalized! Indeed, his order was sent on time as specified. Fortunately, my good and serious reputation is second to none!

Cet acheteur à sélectionné "Livraison standard" (c'est-à-dire sans n° de suivi) lors de sa commande, plutôt que "Envoi recommandé"! Hélas, d'après lui, sa commande n'est jamais arrivée. Si c'est vrai, je ne peux que supposer qu'elle a été perdue ou volée! En effet, sa commande à bien été envoyée en temps et en heure comme je lui ai précisé. Heureusement que ma bonne et sérieuse réputation n'est plus à faire!!!

Quand le service "Envoi recommandé" est proposé et que "Livraison standard" est sélectionné, c'est injuste qu'au final c'est quand même le vendeur qui est le seul pénalisé!!!
