Old fans have wires in yellow, red, black order. New fans require all three contacts to be removed & reinserted in that order. Additionally the mounting holes in the old fans are 4.2mm diameter - new fans have 3.5mm hole diameter. Using old screws in new fans breaks the plastic frame. Holes need to be drilled out - no fixing screws supplied.
