I had difficulty to slot into be panel which needs to be installed on the wall. I provided photographic evidence but was told it is standard size and it will work. I contacted the seller to enquire about the return postage, but received 0 response. It's also unclear why the customer should bear the return postage costs when the issue resulted from the seller s error ?
