They have different labels (trivial) and the glass bulbs are different - filament bulbs in photo 2 work but neon tubes in photo 3 do not. The listing showed the one that works but I received the version that does not. The seller made a partial refund and I bought and installed the correct components. The devices are well made and I am pleased with the result. I am sorry for the seller with this poor supplier.
