I used it to make bread, as well as a bit to sweeten herbal tea ~ the flavor is very good! It’s like brown sugar on steroids, lol! There is a hint of molasses flavor that makes it quite robust, and it has a depth of flavor that’s hard to describe. Almost grassy. If you have ever had grass fed beef, or milk or butter from grass fed cows, it has this sort of undertone. Also, the sugar remains quite moist! A++++
