Sorry it got there late. We strive to get items to our buyers on time, but we are at the mercy of USPS & UPS to get the item to you and since you are in Puerto Rico it is even harder to guarantee on time delivery. You mentioned it was a couple days late and you had not installed it yet, so it sounds like you were not in eminent need of the switch. Short of me driving to airport, buying a ticket to your town, taking an Uber and hand delivering a $175 item, and then returning, there is not much I can do about the USPS. I am at their mercy to deliver items on time. I have had numerous items sent to me that were delayed by weeks through USPS but I don't leave the seller bad feedback, they did their job.
